Madhuri Ravishankar

School Director

Madhuri brings to Learning Spaces International rich professional experience of more than two decades in school education. She has served as the founding Principal of senior secondary CBSE Schools and has over 12 years of cumulative work experience as Principal of K12 schools.

A qualified special educator and education counsellor, Madhuri has expertise in school management, academics, Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities. She is passionate about the holistic development of children. Madhuri is an avid enthusiast in using time-tested and new-evolving methods to facilitate children in acquiring life skills and developing sensitivity to gender. Madhuri seeks to be a change agent by striving to empower colleagues and co-workers in the journey of children’s education.

In recent years Madhuri has been exploring the Cambridge International Education (CIE) curriculum and understanding its implementation. An outcome of this endeavour is that Learning Spaces International is perhaps the first school in its region to introduce CIE ab initio, i.e. from PreK.

Madhuri is in the process of building the academic and administrative team that will be in place to commence CIE’s Early Years Programme (Nursery to Senior KG) by June 2024.

Madhuri holds a Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership & Management from IGNOU. She is a Masters in Psychotherapy & Counselling from the Institute of Psychotherapy & Management Sciences, B Ed. in Special Education (Mental retardation) from MP Bhoj (Open) University and a Post Graduate Diploma in the Education of Physically & Neurologically Handicapped Children from the Spastics Society of Northern India. Madhuri completed her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Botany from Delhi University.

Jayshree Patel

Early Years Academic Lead and Coordinator

A passionate early years educator with a rich and varied experience of over one and half decades in ECCE Jayshree always aspired to contribute to the field of Early Childhood Care and Education. She is passionate about fostering child mental health and wellbeing and espouses child-centred education. Her pedagogical practices are inspired by Montessori and Gijubhai Bhadeka’s teaching philosophies, which include play & activity-based learning as well as exploratory learning with a strong emphasis on ‘hands-on minds-on’ ways to learn.

In her career spanning more than a decade, Jayshree has worked in various CBSE-affiliated K12 schools holding positions as a pre-primary educator and coordinator. During her recent tenure as a Kindergarten Coordinator, she ably led a team of 11 teachers. Jayshree demonstrates strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and support a team of teachers and staff. She has provided guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality instruction and care for young children.

Jayshree is an ardent learner who constantly seeks opportunities to upgrade her teaching skills with the ultimate aim of inspiring learners and fostering a love for learning in kindergartners.

Jayshree Patel holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Pre Primary Education (PGDPPED) from IGNOU and a Diploma in Child care and Child Development (CCCD) from Bhimrao Ambedkar Open University.

Asmita Oza

Mentor (Foundational Years Education)

With over two decades of nurturing young minds, Asmita has been a dedicated pre-school educator and coordinator with CBSE affiliated schools in Anand.

Her immense passion for teaching and love for children led her to choose a career in teaching. Asmita’s expertise involves creative classroom management techniques blended with effective reinforcement teaching techniques to encourage students’ overall growth and development.

Her specialization in child psychology, inherent passion for music and attention to detail are added assets in enhancing the educational journey of a child.

Asmita’s teaching philosophy centres around the fact that each child is unique, with an inherent potential and learning pace, which she nurtures with patience and personalized attention.

She believes in inspiring hope, igniting imagination and instilling a love for learning.

Vibha M Khan

Educator (Foundational/Preparatory Stages)

Vibha describes herself as a passionate votary of child mental health and wellbeing. With over 6 years of experience teaching in schools across various age groups, Vibha is a learner herself and believes in mutual learning . A child educates her about unfiltered life and love and she educates them about a short portion of what she has learned in life.

Vibha loves the constant journey of evolving as a person which helps her to excel in whatever she undertakes. The testimony to this is the numerous self -development certifications she has under her belt. Vibha holds a Post graduate degree in Commerce and a degree in Education.

Vaishali Thakorlal

Educator (Foundational/Preparatory Stages)

Vaishali is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator and Family Counsellor.

With a unique blend of 2 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator and over 5 years specialising in family counselling, Vaishali is committed to nurturing both the academic and emotional growth of children.

Passionate about empowering students and parents alike, she is dedicated to building a thriving school environment where every child can flourish.

Vaishali is a visual artist by heart which led her to pursue a short term course from Lalit Kala Academy- New Delhi and a Diploma in Fashion Designing from J D Institute of Fashion Designing- Vadodara.

Sapna Thomas

Educator (Foundational/Preparatory Stages)

Her love for children and teaching led Sapna to pursue a career in the field of Education. Being a spiritual person, Sapna weaves into her pedagogical practices the aspect of mindfulness and focus. Reading books, diary writing and listening to life stories of people are her areas of interest which help her connect to each student during classroom interactions.

Sapna holds a BSc. in Botany and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.

Dipti Dhagat

Trainee Educator (Foundational Years/Preparatory Stages)

A passionate and eager learner with a growth mindset Dipti has always wanted to contribute to the field of education. She is an aspiring and budding educator with a willingness to constantly learn. Her experience as a Nursery Educator led her to find her calling in the field of school education.

With an immense desire to upgrade her skills and knowledge she has pursued several Professional, Diploma and Certification courses, including a Certification Course in German Language. Dipti holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education Management & Administration from IGNOU and is currently pursuing 2 courses; a Master’s in Counselling & Family Therapy from IGNOU and a Diploma in Guitar.

Stuti Shah

Trainee Educator (Foundational/Preparatory Stages)

Stuti is a dedicated and aspiring educator who brings a unique blend of yoga, creativity, and mindfulness to inspire personal growth and well-being. She has designed engaging programmes like the Kids’ Creative Summer Camp, where young learners explored Mandala art, painting, science games, and yoga. Her innovative approaches not only fosters physical fitness but also nurtures creativity and emotional balance to help children thrive.

Stuti is a graduate in Commerce from H.A. College of Commerce and holds a P.G. Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from S.P. University. A keen learner she has pursued several Diploma and Certificate courses in varied fields.

Ashok Patel

Senior Accounts Officer

Ashok Patel holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from Sardar Patel University. In his career spanning over two decades, Mr. Ashok has held positions in various capacities in the accounts and administrative sections of private companies and K12 schools in Anand and Vallabh Vidyanagar.

Ashok Patel is adept at various accounting software like Saral TDS and Tally 9 Software. An honest, diligent and dedicated professional with excellent accounting skills having rich experience in the management of accounting and finance in a computerised environment. He has attended several training and upskilling sessions in his field of expertise.
